Hammerforce has announced a series of changes to its governance and leadership structure to drive its strategic focus on international growth and innovation.
Hayley Buckley has been appointed as the new Chair of the Board taking over from previous Chairman Mark Binns.
With extensive experience in corporate governance, capital markets, and leadership across diverse industries, Hayley brings an exceptional blend of strategic insight and agility. As Chair of leading New Zealand law firm Wynn Williams and a non-executive director of NZX listed logistics company Mainfreight, she has a proven track record of steering organisations towards sustainable growth.
Buckley says she is excited to join the Hammerforce team and support the company’s global growth trajectory.
“Hammerforce is a fantastic example of New Zealand innovation and entrepreneurial spirit. Its unique partnership model and mission to disrupt international industries is inspiring, and I look forward to working with the Board and the leadership team to help lead its next chapter of growth.”
Hammerforce’s CEO Andy Coster says Hayley has the ideal skill set to support the next phase of growth.
“Hayley’s appointment to Chair will ensure Hammerforce remains nimble while enhancing our corporate governance framework to meet the demands of our growing global footprint.’’
Hammerforce has also established an International Advisory Group, bringing together global business leaders with diverse expertise that the Board and management can draw on informally for strategic advice.
“Together, the leadership team and the Board are committed to continuing the focus on Hammerforce’s current high-profile partnerships, securing more global opportunities and expanding our presence in key markets, particularly the Northern Hemisphere,” says Buckley.
